This Privacy Policy explains what information IsMyVibeGood ("we", "us") collects when you use ismyvibegood.com and our audit services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email koby@ismyvibegood.com.

Information we collect

  • Email address — when you request a free Site Audit report, submit the contact form, apply to the creator discount program, or sign in for a Deep Code Audit.
  • The website URL you submit for a free Site Audit.
  • GitHub account details — if you start a Deep Code Audit, you sign in with GitHub and we receive your GitHub username and email and the read access you grant to the repository you choose.
  • Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Usage data — basic analytics (pages viewed, actions taken) via Google Analytics cookies.

How we use it

  • To run your audit and deliver the report by email.
  • To respond to your messages and provide support.
  • To send marketing emails only if you opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service.

Your source code (Deep Code Audit)

When you run a Deep Code Audit, we fetch only the source files needed for the review into memory to generate your report. Your code is analyzed in a private, secure environment and is never used to train any AI model. We do not store your source code, and both the fetched code and your GitHub access token are deleted as soon as the report is built.

Service providers

We share the minimum data needed with trusted providers that process it on our behalf: Stripe (payments), GitHub (sign-in and repository access), Mailchimp (email list), Resend (sending report and notification emails), Google Analytics (usage analytics), Calendly (call booking), and a third-party AI provider (code analysis, which does not train on data sent through it). We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in during an audit, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features (like signing in) need them.

Data retention

Completed audit reports are retained so you can re-download them from your account. Email-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. GitHub access tokens are deleted after each audit. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can opt out of marketing emails. Email koby@ismyvibegood.com and we will help.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; we will revise the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
